Maitreya teaches us how to find happiness inside ourselves because this is where we have every answer to all of our questions, and even more.
First, he invites us to create silence by turning off our cellphone, TV, radio and even to stop talking, avoiding any noises so as to trigger a meditative state to bring the thinking brain to a stop so as to awaken our supraconsciousness.
The supraconsciousness, he tells us, never, ever thinks; it has no memory, no plans for the future. The supraconsciousness is here and now, always. Furthermore, it is the real “us”.
“I am not my thinking brain. I am infinity.” Maitreya reminds us that infinity is in space and time. It is our symbol, a very precious symbol to feel, without thinking!
If you feel now, there is no thought. Thoughts are past and the thinking brain is just a tool which must never be the leader of your brain and body. In our civilization, thinking has been made the “leader;” this is why we have wars, atomic bombs, and people fighting each other.
To reach happiness, there are three things that matter: now, here and love.
So clean your brain from the past and feel now!
